Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Finance and Operations Professional to assist with fund accounting, operations, and investor data reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hedge funds, along with data management and analytics skills. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where independent thinking and accuracy are crucial are essential for success in this role.

This position is open to candidates with 2-5 years of fund operations/finance, fund audit/fund administration experience. Preference will be given to those who have experience in lean teams or start-up environments and are generally tech-savvy. The title will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with controller to support fund accounting and operations functions

• Review daily and weekly NAV estimates and perform reconciliations

• Maintain portfolio data/performance attribution analysis

• Monitor trade processes and PB reporting

• Monitor daily NAV and assist to complete monthly NAV reconciliation

• Work with fund admin on subscriptions/redemptions processes

• Liaise with various service providers (prime broker, advisors, fund admin, compliance consultant, IT provider, etc)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, math, economics or related fields

• 2-5 years of relevant experience (preferably including fund operations/finance, fund audit/fund administration)

• Solid knowledge of trade operations and fund accounting
