Finance Manager

Office Locations: Beijing / Shanghai / Shenyang / Chengdu / Xi’an / Zhuhai



Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize,and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.

2. Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.

3. Complete financial statements, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial settlements.

4. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

5. Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

6. Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.

7. Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization



Qualifications

1. Experience in the construction of financial plans monthly quarterly and annual forecasts in a finance/management reporting environment

2. An appreciation for monthly & quarterly reporting cycles and analysis

3. Experience in developing high quality executive level reporting packages

4. Strong accounting and finance skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills

5. Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines/priorities without compromising attention to detail and deliverable
