Channel Manager

Responsibilities
·Monitor and actively drive channel improvements
·Develop and deliver commercial strategies and plans for the department within agreed budgets
·Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
·Ensure commercial viability of products based on customer feedback and quality complaints.
·Define appropriate business models for different areas to ensure the organization's objectives remain aligned.
·Organize and lead project teams consisting of various support groups to effectively respond to unique business opportunities in the marketplace.

Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree or higher.Experience of channel management.
·Experience with projects that have had a significant and wide-ranging impact on the short and long-term performance of the business.
·Strong leadership skills to influence and ensure collaboration between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure activities are managed favourably and effectively.
·Good communication, co-ordination and negotiation skills.
·Strong ability to learn and innovate, and to be proactive in completing work assignments.
·Have a high degree of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
