一、 职位描述
1、 利用公司的电商平台和国内外展会（知名国际展会广交会）等多渠道的资源，跟踪并维护老客户，并逐步开发新客户。
2、 了解并熟悉产品及其生产流程，做好外贸订单的跟踪。
3、 业务相关资料的整理和归档。
4、 及时汇报相关业务工作。
二、 任职条件和要求
1、 态度乐观，有自信心；责任心强，做事认真负责，有恒心，吃苦耐劳。有良好的交际能力，善于与人沟通，有强烈的团队精神。
2、 大专及以上学历，专业不限。
3、 英语的写作能力较好，能读懂并恰当回复客户的商务邮件；英语的口语表达流利，跟客人能在电话或者面对面进行简单的沟通洽谈，引导客户确定订单和相关细节。
4、 能配合外贸经理做好相关工作。
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Make use of the company’s B-to-B website and domestic & overseas trade fairs etc. sources to follow old customers and gradually develop new customers.
2. Get to know our products and get familiar with them and their producing processes, in order to do a good job to follow well the foreign trade orders.
3. Make all related files and documents to be well arranged and recorded.
4. Report your work to the manager.
B. CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Should be optimistic, confident with yourself and responsible for work. Should be persevere and work hard to achieve the goal. Should be social and communicative. Have team spirit to work together with others to acomplish a task.
2. Education background: colleage and above. No limit for subject.
3. Good at writing in English. Can read in English and reply email from customer in an appropriate way. Have a good master of fluent oral English to talk with customers face-to-face or via phone call, so as to lead the customer to confirm order and related details.
4. Can coordinate with the sales manager to accomplish work.
