岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 回复亚马逊客户留言及 Gmail 邮件,及时解决客户问题;
Respond to Amazon customer messages and Gmail emails in a timely manner.
- 对接美国本地物流、银行及跨境平台事务(亚马逊、Wayfair、独立站等);
Coordinate with US local logistics, banks, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
- 协助团队处理售后与跨境沟通,提升客户满意度。
Support the team in after-sales service and cross-border communication to improve customer satisfaction.
任职要求 / Requirements
- 有美国生活、学习或工作经历,熟悉美国客户沟通习惯;
Experience living, studying, or working in the US, with understanding of US customer communication style.
- 英语读写熟练,具备基本商务沟通能力(口语加分);
Proficiency in written English, basic business communication skills (spoken English is a plus).
- 年龄 22–40 岁,本科及以上学历优先;
Aged 22–40, Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- 工作认真细致,责任心强,沟通协调能力好;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication & coordination.
- 有电商客服或跨境电商经验者优先(无经验可培训)。
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or cross-border e-commerce is preferred (training provided for beginners).
工作时间 / Working Hours
- 每周 40 小时,按照美国中部时间安排;
40 hours per week, following US Central Time (CST).
- 包含部分周末时段,白天可灵活安排。
Includes some weekend shifts, flexible daytime scheduling.
