OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
As a Junior Assembly Technician at Savic
Motorcycles, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of electric
motorcycles, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our production
line. Your responsibilities will extend from hands-on assembly work to basic
ERP system use for inventory checks and material requests, contributing to the
overall success of our production and team. You will maintain close
communication with the Production Manager to ensure a smooth production flow,adherence to safety standards, and the delivery of high-quality products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assemble Electric Motorcycles: Skillfully assemble electric motorcycles according to specifications, ensuring each unit meets our high standards of quality and performance.
2. Self-Inspection: Perform self-checks at each stage of assembly to identify and correct issues before moving units to the next process.
3. Inventory & ERP Use: Operate the ERP system for basic inventory checks, material requests, and assembly documentation.
4. Material Coordination: Ensure all necessary parts and tools are available and organised for uninterrupted production.
5. Progress Reporting: Regularly report assembly progress, quality concerns, and material shortages to the Production Manager.
6. Quality Awareness: Proactively identify and report any quality issues during the assembly process, contributing to continuous improvement.
7. Production Efficiency: Review and understand assembly timing and production targets.Suggest and implement ideas to improve efficiency.
8.Safety & Equipment Care: Conduct daily pre-use checks of assembly equipment, ensure proper PPE usage, and maintain tools in optimal condition.
9. Multi-Skilling: Develop skills in multiple assembly stations to support flexible workforce deployment.
10. Team Engagement: Actively participate in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
11.Any other tasks as directed by the company or your manager.

8.每日进行设备开工前检查，正确使用并维护个人防护用品（PPE），保持工具处于最佳状态。
9.学习并掌握多岗位装配技能，在生产需求变化时支持不同工位。
10.融入团队文化，积极参与团队建设活动，营造良好工作氛围。
11.完成公司或主管安排的其他任务。
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A technical diploma or certificate in a related field, or equivalent experience, is highly regarded.
2. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Basic ERP operation skills for inventory and material requests.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good communication and organizational skills.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in the assembly of electric vehicles or motorcycles is preferred.
