电力线束低压线束接口线束电气机械/电力设备专用设备制造
工作职责：
Key Responsibilities：
1. Formulate, review and implement cabling and harness assembly process solutions for control cabinets and complete equipment. Compile technical documents including cabling SOP, harness assembly process sheets, crimping specifications, cabling inspection standards and wire‑marking specifications. Update drawings and process documents timely per ECN to ensure on‑site document validity in compliance with ISO requirements.
负责控制柜及整机设备排线、线束装配工艺方案制定、评审与落地；编制排线SOP、线束装配工艺卡、压接工艺规范、布线检验标准、线号标识规范等技术文件；依据ECN工程变更及时更新图纸与工艺文件，保证现场文件有效性，满足ISO体系要求。
2. Lead technical control for internal cabinet wiring, machine‑wide cable routing, cable installation in cable chains, harness crimping, terminal assembly and shielding‑grounding treatment. Identify risks such as cable abrasion, interference, tension and EMI interference. Troubleshoot on‑site abnormalities including poor terminal crimping, wrong wire sequence, improper shielding and missing marking, and formulate CAPA.
主导控制柜内部布线、设备整机线缆走向规划、拖链线缆敷设、线束压接、端子装配、屏蔽接地处理等技术管控；识别线缆磨损、干涉、拉扯、电磁干扰等风险；解决端子压接不良、线序错误、屏蔽处理不到位、标识缺失等现场异常，制定CAPA纠正预防措施。
3. Participate in process review of new‑product electrical and mechanical drawings, evaluate DFM for cabling manufacturability. Follow the whole process of prototype harness fabrication and cabling assembly. Take part in FAT, record cabling‑related quality issues and provide improvement proposals. Complete cabling process validation, finalize harness assembly & wiring procedures to support smooth mass‑production transfer.
参与新产品电气图纸、结构图纸工艺评审，评估排线可制造性DFM；跟进样机线束制作、排线装配全过程；参与FAT厂内验收，记录排线线束类质量问题，输出改善方案；完成排线工艺验证，固化线束装配、布线流程，支持新产品顺利转量产。
4. Raise requirements for harness fixtures, cable‑tying jigs, crimping tooling and harness test fixtures. Participate in design review, acceptance and continuous optimization of tooling. Standardizing operation requirements for crimping tools, torque screwdrivers and wire marking machines, improve cabling efficiency and consistency, reduce quality risks such as wrong‑connection and poor contact.
提出线束工装、扎线工装、压接工装、线束测试工装及专用工具需求；参与工装方案评审、验收与持续优化；规范压线钳、力矩螺丝刀、线号机等工具使用要求，提升排线装配效率与一致性，降低错接、虚接质量风险。
5. Conduct RCA for recurring quality defects such as poor crimping, cable abrasion, shielding failure and marking error. Drive lean improvement projects to optimize harness cutting, crimping and wiring processes to reduce rework rate. Implement quality traceability for cabling process and promote mistake‑proofing measures.
针对线束压接不良、排线磨损、屏蔽失效、标识错误等批量质量缺陷开展RCA根因分析；推进精益改善项目，优化线束裁切、压接、布线工序，降低返工率；落实排线过程质量追溯，推动防错措施落地。
6. Provide on‑site technical guidance for electrical assembly team on cabling and harness assembly. Develop training materials for cabling & harness assembly and deliver training for technicians and operators. Supervise cabling process discipline, standardize on‑site operations including harness crimping, routing, marking, grounding and shielding.
为电气装配班组提供排线、线束装配现场技术指导；编制排线线束装配培训材料，开展技术员、技能人员培训；监督排线工艺纪律执行，规范线束压接、布线、标识、接地屏蔽现场作业。
7. Collaborate with ME, R&D design, procurement and quality teams to resolve incoming quality issues of cables, connectors, terminals and harnesses. Identify safety risks during power‑on test and harness assembly, implement electrical HSE regulations to prevent safety incidents caused by electric shock and cable damage.
协同ME、研发设计、采购、质量处理线缆、连接器、端子、线束来料异常；识别通电测试、线束装配作业安全风险，落实电气HSE安全规范，防范触电、线缆损伤引发的安全事故。
8. Supervise complete filing of harness assembly records, crimping inspection records, cabling inspection records and abnormality disposition records to meet traceability requirements.
监督线束装配记录、压接检验记录、排线检验记录、异常处置记录完整归档。
9. Other relevant work assignments arranged by department heads.

任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 5+ years of relevant experience
5 年以上相关工作经验。
3. Able to read electrical schematic drawings, wiring diagrams and harness lists; familiar with various cables, terminals and connectors.
能读懂电气原理图、接线图、线束表，熟悉各类线缆、端子、连接器。
4. Proficient in cabinet and machine‑wide cabling process; familiar with cable selection, terminal crimping, cable‑chain routing, EMC shielding & grounding. Master continuity and insulation test; capable of independently troubleshooting poor contact, short‑circuit and signal interference caused by harness.
精通控制柜及整机排线工艺，熟悉线缆选型、端子压接、拖链布线、EMC屏蔽接地工艺；掌握导通、绝缘测试，能够独立排查线束虚接、短路、信号干扰等现场问题。
5. Capable of independently compiling cabling SOP, harness process sheets, crimping specifications and cabling inspection standards; familiar with ECN change management process.
能够独立编制排线SOP、线束工艺卡、压接规范、布线检验标准，熟悉ECN变更流程。
6. Skilled in RCA root‑cause analysis and CAPA corrective & preventive actions; able to handle complex on‑site abnormalities such as poor harness crimping, cable abrasion and shielding failure.
熟练运用RCA根因分析、CAPA纠正预防措施，处理线束压接不良、排线磨损、屏蔽失效等复杂现场异常。
7. Capable of evaluation and optimization for cabling‑harness tooling and test equipment.
具备排线线束工装、测试器具评估与优化能力。
8. Prior experience in new‑product prototype harness‑cabling trial‑run, FAT and harness process finalization is preferred.
有新产品样机线束排线试制、FAT厂内验收、线束工艺固化经验优先。
9. Good cross‑functional communication skills, able to cooperate efficiently with ME, R&D and quality teams; capable of on‑site technical training and process‑discipline supervision.

13. Familiar with ISO quality system and electrical HSE safety specifications

Job Requirements:
