Purpose of Job岗位目标：
・Assist in the establishment and management of the environmental health and safety management system of the operating project.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

・Assist in establishing the environmental health and safety management strategy and the environmental improvement and loss prevention plan of the property operation project, and improve the overall performance of EHS by implementing and monitoring the above plans.
协助制定物业运营项目的环境健康与安全管理策略及环境改善与损失预防计划，并通过实施和监督上述计划提升环境健康与安全（EHS）的整体绩效。
・Assist in establishing a risk control system, identify potential hazard sources in the environment and establish measures to control the hazard sources.
协助建立风险控制体系，识别环境中的潜在危险源，并制定控制危险源的措施。
・Establish contact and cooperation with relevant government departments to ensure compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations related to environmental health, safety, and fire protection.
与相关政府部门建立联系与合作关系，确保遵守环境健康安全和消防相关法律法规的要求。
・Assist in providing technical advice for new projects.
协助为新项目提供技术咨询。
・Organize and implement environmental health and safety promotion activities to enhance environmental health and safety awareness of employees, tenants and other relevant parties.
组织实施环境健康与安全宣传活动，以提高员工、租户及其他相关方对环境健康与安全的意识。
・Assist in collecting and managing EHS data, including establishing data analysis methods, analyzing and finding the causes of problems and following improvement measures.

・Help maintain and enhance the company's corporate image and industry leadership in environmental health and safety.

Major Tasks & Activities:

・Lead engineers and front-line teams to inspect all warehouses, escape passages, escape stairs, machine rooms, strong and weak electrical rooms, handrails, equipment and facilities, fire extinguishers, etc., before the opening of the project, and report on EHS and fire protection matters.
带领工程师与前线团队对项目开业前对所有库房、逃生通道、逃生楼梯、机房、强弱电间、扶手、设备设施、灭火器等进行查核，汇报EHS和消防事宜；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to commission and commission monitoring equipment and systems, and report on EHS and fire protection matters.
带领工程师与前线团队对监察设备和系统的调试和试运行，汇报EHS和消防事宜；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to inspect the curtain walls, partition walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows, pipelines and equipment of the unoccupied tenant area, and report EHS and fire protection matters.
带领工程师与前线团队对对未移交的租区的幕墙、隔墙、天花、地面、门窗、管线、设备进行检查，汇报EHS和消防事宜；
・Develop EHS and fire deficiency lists.
制定EHS和消防缺陷清单；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to follow up and monitor EHS and fire defect rectification, and report on the elimination situation.
带领工程师与前线团队对跟进和监察EHS和消防缺陷整改情况，汇报消项情况；
・Participate in the team's planning and design of the renovation of rented areas/public areas/logistics areas, coordinate and deepen the production of drawings, and provide technical disclosure (EHS and fire protection).
参于团队对租区/公区/后勤区的改造规划设计，协调深化图纸制作，技术交底（EHS和消防）；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to conduct feasibility studies on the renovation (EHS and fire protection) of rental areas/public areas/logistics areas, provide plans, and a research report.
带领工程师与前线团队对租区/公区/后勤区的改造（EHS和消防）可行性调研，提供方案，调研报吿；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to carry out construction supervision and acceptance processes for the renovation of rental areas/public areas/logistics areas (EHS and fire protection).
带领工程师与前线团队对租区/公区/后勤区的改造（EHS和消防）进行施工监督、验收流程；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to hold design and construction meetings with tenants and their teams, conduct EHS and fire protection audits on the tenants' submission of renovation and second-assembly drawings, and provide audit feedback to tenants on time.
带领工程师与前线团队与租户及其团队举行设计和施工会议，对租户提交改造、二装图纸进行EHS和消防审核，依时提供审核意见反馈给租户；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to carry out water and electricity, hidden defect inspection, high-altitude work, equipment testing, system commissioning, completion acceptance, pre-opening inspection for the second installation or renovation project of the rental area and formulate relevant EHS and fire protection reports.
带领工程师与前线团队对租区二装或改造工程进行临水临电、隐敝检查、高空作业、设备测试、系统调试、竣工验收、开业前检查，并制定相关EHS和消防事宜报告；
・Lead engineers and front-line teams to inspect and supervise the progress and standardized construction of tenant construction sites.
带领工程师与前线团队巡查及监管租户施工现场进度与规范施工等；
・Participate in the writing of staff training content and time planning.
参与员工培训内容编写及时间计划；
・Participate in FMSD technical support discussion meetings.
参与总部FMSD技术支持讨论例会；
・Assist in and implement FMSD's EHS updates or additions.
协助及落实总部FMSD的EHS更新或新增要求。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
职位要求：
・Bachelor's degree or above in environmental health and safety.
本科及以上学历，环境健康与安全专业；
・A registered safety engineer is preferred.
持有注册安全工程师资格者优先；
・At least five years of work experience in similar positions.
具备至少五年同类岗位工作经验；
・Be fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
精通中英文口语及书面表达；
・Have good problem-solving ability and be proactive.
具备良好的问题解决能力，工作积极主动。
・Proficient in the use of office software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and other related software.
熟练使用办公软件，如 MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、电子邮件等相关软件。
