经销商和贸易融资业务于2009年2月组建成为约翰迪尔(中国) 投资有限公司下的独立业务部门,致力于为经营国产及进口约翰迪尔设备的经销商及用户提供信贷支持。经销商和贸易融资业务部拥有一支充分了解客户和市场需求的敬业团队,在2011财年,该部门为140余家经销商提供了信贷支持,管理信用额度总额突破10亿元人民币,并且仍在不断增长。随着约翰迪尔业务在中国市场的不断扩展,该团队将继续探索贸易融资和经销商融资的可行方案,与经销商和终端客户携手共建彼此信任、互相支持的长期业务关系。
在融资租赁业务领域,我们于2010年11月在天津成立了约翰迪尔融资租赁有限公司,致力于为购买约翰迪尔设备的终端用户提供金融支持。该公司预计在2011财年第四季度将正式开始业务运营。约翰迪尔的设备产品在国内具有良好的销售增长潜力,约翰迪尔融资租赁有限公司将充分发挥其充足的资金优势以提供先进的专业金融服务方案。广大的国内终端用户可以借助约翰迪尔融资租赁的金融产品,购买使用约翰迪尔优质的机械设备。

As the global financing division of John Deere, John Deere Financial manages more than 2.6 million accounts and a portfolio of nearly USD $23 billion.
John Deere Financial offers a wide range of financing solutions to our dealers and customers. In addition to providing retail, wholesale and lease financing to help facilitate John Deere equipment sales, John Deere Financial also offers revolving credit, operating loans and crop insurance to farmers.
With the expansion of John Deere equipment business into new markets over the past decades, John Deere Financial became an increasingly global company with over 1,900 employees worldwide and operations in 19 countries.
In China, John Deere Financial is currently operating in two business areas: Wholesale & Trade Finance and Retail Finance.
Affiliated with John Deere (China) Investment, the Wholesale & Trade Finance arm started providing credit support to John Deere equipment sales, both domestic and import, in China in February 2009. In Fiscal Year 2011 this organization manages over CNY 1 billion Credit Limit to over 140 dealers through a dedicated and professional team that deeply understand customer needs and the market dynamics. As the China market grows for John Deere, this organization is positioned to provide feasible trade finance and wholesale finance solutions as well as to nurture long-term relationships with dealers and end-users based on trust and commitment.
On the retail side, John Deere Finance Lease Co., Ltd. (JDFL) was established in November 2010 in Tianjin, aiming at finding the right balance between supporting enterprise growth and managing the unique risks inherent to this market. It will start leasing operations during the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2011. Complementing to the growth potential for John Deere equipments in China, the retail finance business will give full play to its role of ensuring adequate funding support to China end users.
