北京鹤来科技有限公司是重新组建于2003年10月是以饲料生产研发销售主的农业高科技企业，主营业务为专业养猪场用系列饲料产品。公司成立以来，先后获得“北京市高新技术企业”、“技术创新企业” 、“海淀区信誉企业”等殊荣，是首批入住北京海淀区中关村留学人员创业园创业成功的企业。

公司下辖七大部门分别为销售、技术、采购、生产、财务、品控及后勤保障和人力资源系统。生产产品以猪浓缩、猪全价为主，另有预混料部分销量，业务覆盖主要范围为300公里内。在猪饲料领域主要以服务规模化和专业化养殖场为主，追求高投入高产出的产品设计理念。

由于鹤来公司的迅速发展，禾丰集团于2007年5月在北京市大兴区榆垡规划区内投资6500万人民币兴建现代化厂，并于2008年4月15日正式开业投产，新工厂配备两套设备分别为浓缩全价料机组和预混料机组，浓缩料机组拥有一条膨化料生产线、一条散装料线、两条制粒线，采用了国内先进的高效粉碎、混合以及制粒设备，并符合环保和安全要求，年生产能力为18万吨。

公司产品配方是由学识渊博、技艺精湛、工作严谨的邵彩梅女士和计成先生两位博士主持设计，根据养猪业实际需求和国际先进的营养理念出发而精心设计。原料供应商均为国际和国内优秀企业。公司具有高素质的品控人才，完善的化验设备，可对所有的饲料原料进行常规化验及单体微量元素、单体维生素等的精准量分析，保证产前、产中品质可控、产后可追溯的严密品控体系。公司生产系统严格按照ISO9000族认证标准设计生产，同时引进了5S现场生产管理理念，保证出厂产品合格率100%；库存成品抽样合格率100%；承诺服务项目的客户满意率100%。公司不断寻求合适的人才，永远致力于员工价值的提升，创造发展空间。

Beijing Hello Animal Science Co., Ltd. is a high-tech agricultural enterprise which was re-established in October, 2003, specializing in producing swine feed products. Since being established, the company has been received the honors of High-tech Enterprises in Beijing" ，"Technological Innovation Enterprise", "Credible Enterprise in Haidian District ",etc. It is one of the enterprises which receive success by the students studying overseas who entered into Zhongguancun firstly.

As a subsidiary of Wellhope Group, Beijing Hello Company always makes full use of resources of Wellhope Group, including research and development strength, the advantage of human resource and training, financial strength and international vision and experiences; while, giving strong support for the development of Beijing Hello Company.

Beijing Hello Company is composing by seven departments in terms of marketing, technology, purchasing, production, finance, quality control, logistic assurance and HR. Its business scope covers within 300 kilometers, with the main products of concentrate and complete feed for swine as well as parts of premix feed; furthermore, for swine feed, Beijing Hello company always pursue the design concept of high cost and high output, mainly serves large-scaled and professional pig farms.

Along with the rapid development of Beijing Hello Company, Wellhope Group started to construct a modern factory with the investment of RMB 50 million for this company in Daxing District of Beijing in May, 2007; meanwhile, the factory was put into production on April 15, 2008. The new factory possessed two sets of equipment of a concentrate and formula feed unit and a premix feed unit respectively; while, composing by one expanded feed production line, one bulk feed line and two pelleting lines, the concentrate and formula feed unit applies advanced high efficient grinding, compounding and pelleting equipment with the annual production capacity of 180,000 tons as well as conforming to the request of environmental protection and security.

According to the actual demand in swine industry and advanced international nutrition conception, the production formula is designed by knowledgeable, skilled Dr. Shao Caimei and Dr. Ji Cheng. All these ingredients’ suppliers are international and domestic excellent enterprises; moreover, the company has excellent quality control staffs; while, the complete test instruments which can do the regular test as well as precise analysis for feed ingredients set up strict quality control system.
