Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Limited (“CSTC”), was established in 2002 to provide software Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) for Citi businesses worldwide. From 2011, CSTC also oversees the China Data Center for Citi. As a member of Citi, the core business of CSTC is to provide software development and technology services to support Citibank business in over 40 countries across Asia Pacific, Japan, EMEA and USA. Working closely with Citi’s Global Technology groups, the company is headquartered in Shanghai with a branch in Dalian.
