李宁有限公司为中国领先的体育品牌企业之一，拥有本身之品牌、研发、设计、制造、经销及零售实力。本集团的产品包括运动及休闲用途之运动鞋、服装及配件，主要以自有之李宁牌出售。本集团已在中国市场建立广泛之经销商及零售网络，经销商在集团之市场营销指导下经营李宁牌特许零售店铺。本集团同时亦自行经营李宁牌零售店及特约专柜。此外，本集团与AIGLE成立合资经营，在中国生产、推广、分销及销售由AIGLE拥有并标有AIGLE商标的户外运动用品。于二零零七年四月，本集团正式推出一个新品牌，新动（Z-DO），新动牌产品包括运动鞋、服装和配件，并主要以超市为销售渠道。
Li Ning Company Limited is one of the leading sports brand enterprises in the PRC. It has its own branding, research and development, design, manufacturing, distribution and retail capabilities. The Group's products include sports footwear, apparel and accessories for sport and leisure use which are primarily sold under its own LI-NING brand. The Group has established an extensive distribution and retail network in the PRC, under which distributors manage the franchised LI-NING retail outlets in congruence with the Group's marketing direction. The Group also directly manages its own LI-NING retail outlets and concessions. In addition, the Group has established a joint venture with AIGLE under which the joint venture has been given the exclusive right by AIGLE to manufacture, market, outdoor sports products which bear the AIGLE trademarks registered and owned by AIGLE. In April 2007, the Group officially launched a new brand called Z-DO. Z-DO's products include sports footwear, apparel and accessories, and primarily targets the hypermarkets as its sales channel.
