In the past 10 years, ARK has been providingover 60,000 m2 of modular cabins each year for Oil & Gas, Miningand Construction etc. fields, varied from light-duty to heavy-duty temporaryconstructions or semi permanent buildings; and now we have gained invaluableexperiences in the modular building system, specialized in Flatpack containerhouses.

Since 2014 ARK hasincreased her investments in headquarter in Shanghai to improve each and everyaspect, from manufacturing to management systems.

We have founded a brand-new plant forFlatpack2, with technologies of laser cutting, robot manipulator welding and manipulatorarm etc. The single-shift capacity has reached to the level of 8000 m2 /month.Our Flatpack2 products have been registered for its own intellectual propertyrights: the machining accuracy is to the criteria of millimeter; all flatpackshave been issued with CSC shipping plates and could be shipped to ports aroundthe world.

In addition, we have brought in theadvanced SAP management software, through which all material costs are shownonline in reality and make the production & management more grounded. Allcodes from the raw materials to self-manufactured products can be retrieved,and Quality Control is carried out on all the manufacturing lines in accordancewith ISO standards, which assure the quality in essence.

Besides the improved production linesmanagement, ARK is also home to experienced project-chain team, including 3DDrawers, R & D members, and Globally Sourcing Engineers and ProjectManagement Team members.
