The fast changing market is significantly re-shaping the automotive industry. All the players in the value chain are facing challenges to define and develop its core competence continually. - Hot-end solution. The environment regulation is driving the technology to continually improve the efficiency and to reduce the emission of the vehicle. Turbocharged engine consumes less oil, offer more output, and release less NOx/CO2. To satisfy Eu6 standard by 2018, all the major OEMs are going to launch the next generation Turbo charger. The world wide demand is going to hit 60 mil. in the next 5 years. Furthermore, tougher material is required for future application, with an exhaust temperature approaching or even exceeding 1,050 C. Westron’s experience in material development, product design, and process optimization will provide competitive edge to our customers and are the key drivers to achieve a healthy growth while meeting the tough demand of the hot end market.

Westron Group has completed the transaction of purchasing 100% share of Wanxinghengye Inc. which is located in Shandong Province, China. The plant is a modern industry facility with existing casting/machining equipment from Germany, Japan, Denmark and the US. Through this acquisition, the company is able to cover the strong customer demand in Asia market.

May 2, 2017

Westron Group has signed the financing agreement with HDCapital of Tus-holdings for a financing plan up to €200 mil. The successful completion of this agreement would support Westron’s fast growing in the hot-end market.
