PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia Beijing (MTI Beijing), a wholly foreign-owned enterprise between Provident Capital Group and a subsidiary of Tsingshan Holding Group (one of the Fortune 500), aims to be the bridge for communication with China for the “Acid Iron Metal Project with Production Capacity of Million Tonnes per Annum” located in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park. Integrating abundant capital from Provident and platform advantage of Tsingshan in IMIP, Merdeka Tsingshan China extensively works with Chinese enterprises including GEM China, Lygend Resource Technology, PT. Dexin Steel Indonesia and BGRIMM based on its own mineral resources and aims to jointly build a comprehensive system covering mining technology innovation, mineral product trade, mining equipment production and manufacture and industry talent development.
