2023年7月1日，西门子将其低压至高压电机、齿轮电机 、中压变频器和电主轴领域等相关业务进行整合，成立了独立运营的全资子公司——茵梦达。茵梦达电机（中国）有限公司是是茵梦达在华运营子公司。是西门子中国有限公司与中方合作伙伴江苏贝得电机股份有限公司合资建立的生产中小型低压电机产品的基地。公司坐落在江苏省仪征市，东陵历史文化名城扬州，西近六朝古都南京，南临长江黄金水道，背靠宁通（宁启）高速公路（铁路），水陆交通十分便利。 Innomotics Standard Motors Ltd. (ISML) is a joint venture production base for a comprehensive range of small and medium size low-voltage motors owned by Siemens Ltd., China and its Chinese partner Jiangsu Beide Electrical Machinery Corporation. Company location is Yizheng City Jiangsu Province.

公司于2006年3月正式运营。公司将致力于研发和生产具有广泛应用的技术先进的中小型电机产品供应中国市场。主要产品有符合国际IEC和NEMA标准的三相异步电机及其派生的防爆、调速、制动、变速多级等系列交流电机产品，年生产能力为450万千瓦。 ISML started operation from March 2006. ISML will focus on the development and manufacture of a comprehensive range of small and medium size low-voltage motors for the local Chinese market. The main products are three phase asynchronous motors for general purpose and their sub-series such as explosion-proof motors, variable speed motors, break and multi-speed motor according to IEC and NEMA standard. The annual production capacity is 4.5 x 106 KW.
