For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI or BEIJING,we are looking for a Domain Solution Expert (MindSphere) 行业应用专家 (工业物联网).
What are my responsibilities?
Missions:
• Responsible for developing vertical / domain oriented MindSphere applications to fulfill customer needs;
• Support sales and BD on approaching customers and partners to technical clarification and promotion;
• Support prototyping, piloting of aforesaid applications;
• Support promoting MindSphere solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business pain-points of target vertical / domain, proposing solutions enabled by MindSphere related technologies and business models, developing such solutions in teamwork environment into deliverable applications
• Providing consulting advice in terms of utilizing MindSphere to bring value-add to customers / partners to support their digital business
• Supporting BD to prepare technical offers of MindSphere for vertical / domain customers
• Support the design, development, optimization and review of MindSphere based 3rd party solutions for target vertical / domain
• Support publicity of MindSphere business & Building of Siemens' digitalization image
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirements:
• More than 5-year manufacturing / engineering / operation / consulting experience in electronic, machining, automotive, industrial robotics
• Experience in Internet of Things, data analytics, smart manufacturing is a plus
Additional Requirements:
• Multi-year experience in target manufacturing industries and insightful knowledge with Information Technology, especially experience with advanced manufacturing, lean manufacturing, condition monitoring is required
• Knowledge of main-stream information systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS, LMS, etc) is desired
• Is able to communicate effectively and uses the relevant communication tools within the appropriate levels of the organization (internal and external)
• Knows project management methodologies and tools and applies them accordingly;
• Knows how to develop a training program/course including effective and motivational delivery
• Fast learner
• Full of passions for new challenges, self-motivation, result orientation
