For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a Quality engineer/质量工程师.
What are my responsibilities? 
"Control and ensure effective implemetation the process of NCP.  If necessary , use authority to refuse production. 
控制并确保NCP流程的有效实施。如果有必要，须使用权限拒绝不合格产品。" Follow up the correction of process deviation, process quality improvement,  initiate data analysis and corrective & preventive actions if necessay. 
跟踪过程问题的纠正活动，改进过程的质量。如果必要则发起数据分析以及预防和纠正措施。 "Ensure implementation and controlling of quality gates on manufacturing process. 
确保生产过程中每个质量节点都得以实施和控制。" Monitor in process quality performance, initiate data analysis and take corrective & preventive actions if necessay.                                  监控生产过程中的质量水平，发起数据分析有必要时采取预防纠正措施。 "Responsible to check product version and package, release DHR acceptance etc. related certificate.    
负责检查产品版本和包装，并发行DHR验收等相关证书。"
"Coordinate to solve non-conforming materials from supplier, feedback to SQE and monitor effectiveness.
协调解决供应商相关的不合格品物料，反馈给到供应商质量管理工程师，并监控供应商改善效果。" "Reduce the NCP and NC cost through quality improvement projects.
参与质量改善项目，减少不合格品数量，降低不合格成本。"
Monitor quality cost before delviery, initiate data analysis and take corrective & preventive actions if necessay.                                          监控发货前的质量成本，发起数据分析有必要时采取预防纠正措施。
"Maintain and ensure the implementation of quality procedures in SCM related area.
维护并确保供应链相关的质量流程及其执行状况。" "Review and approve change request and concession to ensure the quality requirements were met.
评审并批准变更以及让步接收，确保这些过程符合质量要求。"
"Provide training on quality procedures to the related employees.
为相关员工提供质量流程方面的培训。" "Support the quality improvement projects initiated by SCM to provide knowledge of quality tools.
为SCM发起的质量改善项目提供质量工具知识方面的支持。" What do I need to qualify for this job? 
Work Experience (type)相关工作经验:
Experience for quality management and process control /质量管理和过程控制的经验 Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience其他知识/技能/经验:
Profess. Know.: procedure & standards understanding  (ISO9001, ISO13485 etc.)/程序和标准的理解（ISO9001）
Profess. Know.: problem solving techniques such as 8D/解决问题的方法，如8D
Methodologies: statistical methods and data analysis capability/统计方法和数据分析能力
Skill: effective communication and coach skill/有效的沟通和指导技巧
Profess. Know.: Fluent in English (spoken and written)/流利的英文（听说读写）
Experience in medical device related products is preferred /有医疗器械相关产品的经验优先
Skill: team player/团队合作者 What else do I need to know?
