Purchase Staff
Reporting to : Purchase Manager
Preference: Female Staff
Experience Required: 1 year of Experience from Trading house/ Manufacturing
Preferred Industry: Automotive/ Auto lamps/ Trading of Auto Parts/ Hand tools etc..
Education: International Trade
Should have Knowledge & experience
· Purchase in RMB with VAT & USD
· Shipping documents experience
· Tax drawback knowledge
Main Job Responsibility
To find the new product as per client request
To discuss with supplier for price of product
To place an order to supplier
Follow up with supplier for delivery
Arrange shipment as per advise
Container Booking
Arrange the shipping documents for making exports
Arrange after shipment documents like COO, Attestation of invoice, Packing list etc from CCPIT
