成本核算成本计划成本控制成本分析
Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Product Cost Calculation & Maintenance, Develop
and maintain standard cost models for all factory products.搭建并维护全系列工厂产品的标准成本模型◦
2. Conduct regular cost roll-ups, variance analyses (e.g., material price
variance, labor efficiency variance, overhead absorption variance), and
reconcile standard costs with actual costs to ensure accuracy.
定期开展成本滚算、差异分析(如材料价格差异、人工效率差异、制造费用吸收差异),核对标准成本与实际成本,确保数据精准。3. Collaborate with
production, procurement, engineering, R&D teams to collect cost-related data
(e.g., BOM details, production cycle times, machine utilization rates) and
update cost models in line with process changes, new product launches, or
material substitutions.
协同生产、采购、工程、及研发团队收集成本相关数据(如物料清单明细、生产周期、设备利用率),并根据工艺调整、新品上市或材料替代等情况,及时更新成本模型。4.
Cost Analysis & Optimization, Analyze product cost structures to identify
high-cost components, inefficient production processes, and potential
cost-saving opportunities.剖析产品成本结构,定位高成本部件、低效生产环节,挖掘降本增效潜力。 Prepare detailed
cost-benefit analyses for new product development, process improvement
projects, and make-or-buy decisions, providing actionable recommendations to
management.为新产品研发、工艺改进项目及自制/外购决策编制详细的成本效益分析报告,向管理层提供切实可行的建议。 Monitor trends in
raw material prices, labor costs, and overhead expenses; forecast their impact
on product costs and propose proactive cost control measures.
监控原材料价格、人工成本及制造费用的变动趋势,预测其对产品成本的影响,提出前瞻性成本管控措施。5. Reporting & Projects Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, including cost breakdowns,
variance explanations, and profitability analyses for each product line and
production batch.按月、季、年编制成本报告,内容涵盖各产品线及生产批次的成本拆分、差异说明与盈利分析。 Assist in the
annual budget and forecast process by providing accurate cost data and
collaborating with departments to set realistic cost targets.
提供精准成本数据,协同各部门设定合理成本目标,助力年度预算与预测工作的开展。Lead and Complete product cost related
projects such as Nxtools regular updates etc.负责主导以及高质量完成产品成本相关的项目例如定期Nxtools更新等。
6. Ad-Hoc Request 临时任务 Proactively, timely and high-quality complete ad hoc
tasks assigned by line manager.主动、及时、高质量完成直属经理分配的临时任务 7. High Initiative,

R&D, Product related finance, project management, project controlling, etc

digitalization such as power BI, Qlik, KNIME, Python and implement
digitalization tools to current working scope. Complete yearly company learning
hours target 45.积极学习和掌握数字化知识,如Power
BI、Qlik、KNIME、Python等并且应用在现在的工作中;完成公司每年45小时学习目标Very active and open to taking
Ad Hoc tasks assigned by management非常积极、乐于接受管理层分配的临时任务 Result-oriented, good
prioritization of tasks, provide answers and feedback to managers timely

Main Requirements 主要职位要求 • Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance,
Statistics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electrification Engineering,
related preferred.本科或以上学历,财务,统计,自动化,工业工程,电气工程 或项目管理等相关专业优先。 • 5+ years of
working experience in cost accounting or product cost analysis, with at least 2
years in a manufacturing/factory environment. Proven experience in building and
maintaining standard cost systems, conducting variance analysis, and supporting
cost optimization projects.
5年以上成本会计或产品成本分析工作经验,且拥有2年以上制造业/工厂环境工作经历。具备搭建并维护标准成本体系、开展差异分析、推动成本优化项目的实战经验。•
Profound knowledge of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, BOM
management, and overhead allocation methods. 精通成本会计原理、制造流程、物料清单管理及制造费用分摊方法。 •
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret
complex data, identify trends, and provide practical solutions.
具备出色的分析与解决问题能力,能够解读复杂数据、识别发展趋势并提出务实解决方案。• High attention to detail, strong
organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment. 工作细致严谨,组织能力强,能在快节奏的制造环境中按期完成工作任务。 • Fluent in
English language skill, including oral and written.英语听说读写流利。 • Use skillfully
MS Word、Excel, PPT熟练使用微软办公软件,Word、 Excel, PPT. • Good SAP knowledge is
preferred. Experience with visualization tools like power BI, Qliksense,
Tableau or Coding tool such as Python, SQL preferred.
良好的SAP操作经验者优先。最好会使用PowerBI, Qliksense, Tableau 等可视化工具或编程工具Python, SQL
