IntroductionFor our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Controlling.西门子数字化工厂集团 西门子制造工程中心有限公司 资深商务控制专员 （宝山）What are my responsibilities?Sales contract review and draft. Contract terms negotiation. Cost calculation and offer letter review. Controlling during order implementation includes financial & legal issues coordination. AR collection. Order cost variance analysis.销售合同的制定和审查，合同条款的商谈。报价计算书和报价书商务部分的审核。协调订单执行中的商务及法务事宜。应收帐款管理，产品成本分析等。BU key performance analysis including product costing, profitability, AR, NCC, etc. Key financial data forecast. Yearly product standard cost calculation. BU cost center expense controlling and analysis etc.所在业务部门主要财务指标分析，包括但不限于产品成本分析，利润分析，AR， NCC等。主要财务数据的预测。年度成本核算，业务部门费用管理与分析等。 Support line manager for the assigned task to improve productivity.协助直线经理完成任务以推动生产力提高。 What do I need to qualify for this job?3-5 year related experience3-5年商务领域经验Fluent English Written and Oral.英文书面和口语流利。Advanced Skill for Excel, PPT, 熟练运用Excel & PPTSAP operation experience 熟练运用SAPKnowledge of finance and business trade财务、贸易相关知识Good Communication & Collaboration.
