Principal Responsibilities: 主要职责 Manages pre-sale inside sales engineering staff and supports activities, including assessment of how company products meet customer needs and the preparation of complex scientific and technical products/applications/solutions 管理售前内部销售工程师团队,支持包括评估公司产品如何满足客户需求、准备复杂的科学技术产品/应用/解决方案等工作 Works with marketing, product managers,s and development engineering to define new products and may provide technical insight from the field back to these groups 与市场营销、产品经理及研发工程团队协作定义新产品,并可能将现场技术洞察反馈至相关团队 Partners with their team and sales to create and execute technical sales strategies for that align with customers' business strategies 协同团队及销售部门制定并执行技术销售策略,确保与客户商业战略保持一致 Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function 选拔、培养并评估人员,保障职能部门高效运作 Required Skills: 必备条件 Bachelor of Science technical degree or equivalent experience required, Physical Optics or relevant majors 具备理学学士学位或同等经验,专业为物理光学或相关专业 Master’s degree in Business preferred 优先考虑工商管理硕士学位 3+ years of related experience required 需具备3年以上相关工作经验 good at communication skills, fluent in English 擅长沟通技巧,英语流利
