- In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the process design, optimization, and technical support of secondary switchgear in order to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and quality stability of the manufacturing process; be familiar with the structure, materials, and production processes of switchgear, to resolve technical issues in production, and continuously improve the process flow.

- You will be mainly accountable for:
- ● Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the production process, to ensure to reach product quality standards and customer requirements.
- ● Provide technical support to production line, solve process-related issues during production, and propose improvement requirements and solutions for defective products.
- ● Participate in trial production of new products to ensure process feasibility and stability.
- ● Prepare and update production process documents, including work instructions, process flowcharts, control plans, etc.
- ● Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment, lead the development of production tooling, and ensure that equipment and tooling meet process requirements.
- ● Collaborate with the quality department to analyze quality issues in production and propose process improvement measures.
- ● Analyze production costs and propose process improvement solutions to reduce material, energy, and labor costs.
- ● Train production line staffs to ensure they master the correct production process operation.
- ● Participate in the development of new products, providing process feasibility assessments and recommendations.
- ● Responsible for other temporarily tasks.
- ● Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- ● production process of ring main units (RMUs) or high/low-voltage switchgear.
- ● Familiar with the structure, materials, and production processes of RMU.
- ● Familiar with design software such as CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- ● Familiar with quality management tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 6Sigma).
- ● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools like Excel and Minitab for data analysis.
- ● Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principle.
- ● Familiar with industry standards related to RMUs (e.g., IEC 62271, GB 3906).
- ● Knowledge of key components of RMUs (e.g., load switches, fuses, busbars) and their production processes.
- ● Fluent English in reading and writing.
- ● Good communication, execution and teamwork skills.
- ● Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- ● Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
