- RESPONSIBILITIES
- ● Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications with their team.
- ● Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.
- ● Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB’s solutions to address those needs.
- ● Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB’s solutions.
- ● Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses.
- ● Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- ● Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information.
- LICENSE TO OPERATE / CORE VALUES
- ● Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.
- ● Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies,
- and processes in their assigned area.
- ● Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.
- ● Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- ● Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application,
- reporting, and risks.
- COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP
- ● Collaborates with the Center of Excellence (CoE) of products.
- ● Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target
- segment.
- ● Collaborates with the Application Engineers to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and market
- trends.
- ● Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation of
- solutions.
