- 1.Responsible for mechanical design of DCS product development.
- 2.Applying state-of-the-art design methods, tools and engineering practices to design development.
- 3.Provide support to solve technical issues in product functional, vibration test and other tests.
- 4.Provide technical support through whole life cycle of the product, from development to production and maintenance.
- 5.Build up communication network within R&D (cross-location) and other collaboration departments (cross-function).
- Requirements
- 1.Working experience: 2+ years in product development.
- 2.A Bachelor/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 3.Experienced in plastic injection parts developing.
- 4.Good understanding on material selection, tolerance selection and calculation.
- 5.Analytical skills to solve problems generally.
- 6.Understanding on mechanical DFM (Design for manufacturing).
- 7.Skill: Being proficient in Creo Parametric/Pro Engineer.
- 8.Skill: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- 9.Willing to take challenges and willing to learn.
- 10.Willing to share knowledge with the team.
- Requirements (preferable):
- 1.Knowledge of control product.
- 2.Work experience in industrial, automotive or medical electronics.
- 3.Experience in both plastic and sheet metal parts development.
- 4.Understanding on electrical hardware design and production.
- 5.Master one of mechanic simulation is preferred, for example: FEA, EFD.
