- ● Present and demonstrate smart lock products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- ● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the real estate sector
- ● Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

- ● Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- ● Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- ● Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
- ● Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.
- ● Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or smart home technology industry.
- ● Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- ● Experience in selling technology products or IoT solutions is highly desirable.
- ● Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- ● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- ● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- ● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
