The Corporate Branding and Creative Content Manager will drive strategic branding initiatives and creative content development to strengthen the corporate image and support business objectives. This role combines expertise in brand management, corporate affairs, and crisis communication with strong creative skills in storytelling and multimedia production.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with global and local business goals.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels and materials.
Corporate Affairs
Support corporate communications initiatives, including executive messaging and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment with corporate policies and values.
Crisis Management
Act as a key resource for crisis communication planning and execution.
Prepare messaging frameworks and coordinate responses during critical situations.
Creative Content Support & Consulting
Provide creative direction and consultancy for campaigns, events, and internal projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
Customer Stories – PPT & Video
Lead the creation of compelling customer success stories in both presentation and video formats.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to highlight customer achievements and use cases.
Video Shooting Support for All LBLs
Coordinate and oversee video production for multiple business lines.
Ensure high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
10+ years of experience in corporate branding, creative content development, or communications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with video production processes and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external vendors.
Experience in crisis communication and corporate affairs.
Proficiency in design and video editing software.
Knowledge of digital platforms and social media trends.
