Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer
- relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB's complete product/systems/services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB
- and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts,and proposals,by using effective sales techniques.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial/mechanical-electronic engineering or related field.
- 5+ years working experience and at least 3 years in technical sales position.
- Foreign company strongly desired
- Experience in developing and managing sales channels is preferred.
- Proactive, aggressive, initiative and anti-pressure capability.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
