- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferably in Supply China Management/ International trade / Business management / Machinery / electronics, or a related field.
- >6 Years of Work Experience, minimum of >4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Sourcing is typically required for this role, preferably with direct material sourcing background in manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with minimal use of resources, time, and effort.
- Analytical and influence others, drive self-learning and keep continuous Improvement, result oriented and taking ownership, teamwork spirit and good communication & coordination skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPSP (Certified Professional in Supply Chain) are valued.
- Travel to Middle East or other countries may required
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, capable for e-Sourcing & Ariba and SAP
