Sales Engineer(Welding)

Reporting to:
Sales Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities ：
Work model: onsite
●
Develop new customers and increase profitable sales in robotics applications. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
●
Acquisition of key customers/VPs in relevant fields, and well maintain them. Work together with Application Center to develop technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements and close the deal
●
Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)
●
Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenue
●
Close monitor the competition in the market and collect market status and trend, report to team leader timely
●
Submit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis.
Qualifications for the Role：
●
Bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering
●
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
●
Having at least 3 years of work experience in welding equipment, familiar with welding process.
●
Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills,
●
Native English speak level would be preferred
●
Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
●
With high flexibility and work hard
●
Proactive, aggressive and initiative
