Reporting to: Sales Manager Job: Sales Manager Typical Reporting Line: Sales Director Mission Statement: Responsible for sales of products within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Lead the team to build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution. Main Accountabilities: 1. Sales strategy Plans and implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, especially for digital solutions. Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency. 2. Sales target Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed 3. Customer relations Lead the team to establish and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution, especially for digital solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. 4. New market opportunities Lead the team to identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. 5. People leadership and development Ensures (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration Requirements: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) - At least 6 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project - With 3 year’s experience of team management - Strong learning ability; Customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity. - Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
