Reporting to:
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations
As a Tier 1 Sales Manager, reporting to the ROAU China business line manager, you will lead our sales team to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. You’ll combine technical knowledge of robotics with Chaises system industry expertise to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
Your responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets for the Tier 1 segment: analyze competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning,Identify and prioritize high-potential clients.
● Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
● Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and Tier 1 partners.
● Mentor and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
● Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
● Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, product launches, trade shows and providing forecasts and market intelligence
● Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risk
Your background
● 10 years of proven track record of performances /exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market and managing high-performing sales teams, working as relevant role with related Automotive Tier industry in the automation market
● Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical features into consumer benefit
● Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling
● Knowledge of Portfolio, financial, commercial negotiation with customers
● A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
