Prod. Process Engineering Internship

Reporting to:
Production Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
● Switchgear manufacturing process management, optimize and standardization.
● Electrical Component Sample Data Retrieval
● Use SolidWorks to create 3D models of electrical components and import the company component library
● Prepare work instruction.
Qualifications for the role
● Degree in Mechanical Engineering
● Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS、E-plan software
● Good communication and coordination skills both internal and external
● Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.
● Skillful in problem solving by using statistical techniques.
