岗位职责
负责公司内部软件产品的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、产品规划、设计、研发、上线及运维
独立主导产品的研发实施，协调跨部门团队（开发、测试、运维等）确保产品按时交付
推行敏捷开发方法论，持续优化产品迭代流程，提升团队协作效率
负责产品的敏捷运维，监控产品性能，快速响应并解决用户反馈的问题
深入理解业务需求，将业务痛点转化为产品功能，提升用户体验和业务价值
跟踪行业前沿技术趋势，特别是AI技术在产品中的应用，推动产品创新
任职要求
教育背景
985高校本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术或相关专业优先
工作经验
至少3年以上软件产品管理经验
具备独立产品研发实施经验，能够从0到1完成产品全流程管理
具备敏捷运维经验，熟悉DevOps理念和实践
有AI产品（智能客服，RAG等）相关经验者优先考虑
专业技能
熟悉敏捷开发方法（Scrum、Kanban等），具备实际项目经验
熟悉软件开发流程和技术架构，能与技术团队有效沟通
具备优秀的需求分析和产品设计能力
熟练使用产品管理工具
了解云计算、微服务架构等现代软件技术
语言能力
英语听说读写能力良好，能够进行日常工作沟通、撰写技术文档和参与国际会议
个人素质
优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
强烈的责任心和结果导向思维
良好的学习能力，能快速适应新技术和新业务
具备创新思维和问题解决能力

Position Title
Software Product Manager

Job Responsibilities
● Responsible for the full lifecycle management of internal software products, including requirements analysis, product planning, design, development, launch, and operations
● Independently lead product development and implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams (development, testing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely product delivery
● Promote agile development methodologies, continuously optimize product iteration processes, and improve team collaboration efficiency
● Responsible for agile operations of products, monitor product performance, and quickly respond to and resolve user feedback issues
● Deeply understand business requirements, translate business pain points into product features, and enhance user experience and business value
● Track cutting-edge industry technology trends, particularly AI technology applications in products, and drive product innovation
Qualifications
Education Background
● Bachelor's degree or above from a 985 university, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Work Experience
● At least 3+ years of software product management experience
● Proven experience in independent product development and implementation, capable of managing the complete product lifecycle from 0 to 1
● Experience in agile operations, familiar with DevOps concepts and practices
● Experience with AI products (intelligent customer service, RAG, etc.) is a strong plus
Professional Skills
● Familiar with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with practical project experience
● Familiar with software development processes and technical architecture, able to communicate effectively with technical teams
● Excellent requirements analysis and product design capabilities
● Proficient in using product management tools
● Understanding of modern software technologies such as cloud computing and microservices architecture
Language Skills
● Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of daily work communication, technical documentation writing, and participation in international meetings
Personal Qualities
● Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
● Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset
● Good learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and new business
● Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
● Strong ability to work under pressure and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Complete project experience from concept to implementation of AI/ML products
● Technical background with ability to write code or develop technical prototypes
● Product management certifications (such as PMP, CSPO, etc.)
● Experience in Fortune 500 companies, especially manufacturing enterprises
