QA审核QA认证汽车质量体系航空航天体系8D报告五大工具六西格玛ISO9001内审员QC七大手法
ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Manage and secure product and process improvements with key external stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Plants, Transport
2. Manage Industrial Qualification and Staff Qualification for XP extended population
3. Support Quality projects where relevant.
4. Support the creation and maintenance of Quality-related documentation.
5. Act as Airbus Plant Quality representative in Tianjin site,
6. Manage operational surveillance and non-special process qualification
7. Manage Quality Conformance topics in close contact with FAL and Plants (incl FET)
8.Identify and review quality topics for improvements on the Xplant perimeter and ensure proper communication and improvement actions. With plants QCM organization in place, guarantee a follow up of action to ensure containment, root cause analysis, corrective action for eradication of structural and supplier’s discrepancies detected in China. Be the focal point for plants on quality topics
9. Manage Events as Event Operator, Event Manager and Action Plan Leader.
10. Manage SARI (SAfety Related Item) on MCA sections as Safety Item Manager
11.Prepare and participate in Audits (Airbus, EASA, EN9100) and follow-up findings (if any.)
MAIN ACTIVITIES

➢ Client Related Activities
- Act as Quality Focal Point between FAL and Plants (incl FET) for all Quality related topics incl. audits
- Ensure regular feedback with all Customers (FAL, DC and Plants).
➢ Operational Activities
- Manage Quality Conformance topics in close contact with FAL, Plants, Procurement, Transport etc.
- Manage operational and quality issues (incl PPS)
- Support external and internal surveillance audits
➢ Developmental Activities
- Be part of Knowledge transfer initiative as a Receiver
- Be part of Knowledge transfer initiative as a Giver for all future newcomers

- Secure important industrial milestones
- Secure process adherence and alignment with business needs
- Overall NC volume reduction esp. repetitive NCs
- Audit management and audit findings follow-up (on time and on quality closure)
QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION
1. EDUCATION: Engineer quivalent degree, or business Mgmt
2. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in Aviation industry, with experience in multi-functional and international teams
3. LANGUAGE: Be fluent in English. French and/or German knowledge would be a plus.
4. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Aircraft processes & tools such as SAP, ACPnG...
5. ABILITIES:
- Ability to work in an international team, with MFT and people from various cultural backgrounds, and across organizational borders,
- Customer minded with good communication & well developed negotiation skills.
- Experience on practical problem solving and continuous improvement and general knowledge on corrective tools Reliability: proactive thinking & acting.
- Ability to deep dive on issues and be an autonomous problem solver.
- Ability to deal with conflicts
