Mechanical Engineer（Flip Flow Screen）

1，Develop Flip Flow Screen products basing on market requirement, perform research and testing on product concepts.
2，Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions
3，Collaborating closely with the sales in order to develop the right product fit to the local market demand
4，Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity
5，Resolving product issues

Key Accountabilities

1，Develop Flip Flow Screen products basing on market requirement, perform research and testing on product concepts.
2，Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions
3，Collaborating closely with the sales in order to develop the right product fit to the local market demand
4，Resolving product issues
5，Drive and build up the knowledge and competence of Screening product design, application etc.;
6，Carry out new product development basing on the market development trend, increase the reliability and keep the competitiveness in the market.
7，Overseeing the production process by using the Design for Manufacturing approach (DFM) for every redesign and new design of our products
8，Routinely reviewing fleet history on our products, performing statistical analysis and simulations to continuously monitor lifetime robustness of our products.
9，Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders
10，Performing dFMEA and pFMEA analysis on our products
11，Creating updates to technical documentation such as installation and operation manuals as necessary

Requirement

Have a good understanding of Bulk material handle principles
Funding of knowledge of Flip Flow screen design, materials mechanics and theoretical mechanics
Be familiar with mechanical drawing standards, manufacturing processes, workshop assembly and on-site installation.
Be good at related standards of mechanical technology and manufacture
Be proficient in using computer software in AutoCAD and Solidworks, Microsoft Office.
Experienced in the application of DOE (Design of Experiments).
Experienced in leading/conducting design FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FEA.
Be good at English in special mechanical knowledge and communication skills
