职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责准备月度工业管理报告：生产成本&制造费用等
Prepare monthly management reports of Industrial BU, e.g. production cost, fixed cost etc.
2.核查月度工业运营指标，监督内控流程的实施；
Be responsible for verification of operational KPI and monitor internal control process
3.协助上级完成每年工业预算：数据采集，核对，整理
Support the collection, verification and integration of annual Industrial Budget data.
4.利用BI工具推进内部成本管理报告的自动化；
Assist in digitalization of internal cost variance analysis report with PowerBI.
5.部门安排的其他工作；
Other ad-hoc work
Requirements：
职位要求：
1.逻辑清晰，责任心强；
Strong logical thinking and sense of responsibility；
2.有2~4年相关工作经验：工业会计或制造业审计；
2 year+ working experience in manufacture industry accounting or audit;
3.可以熟练使用Excel处理数据，且会使用Power BI；
Proficient in processing data with Excel. Power BI skill is a must.
4.财务会计，金融，工商管理等专业；在校成绩优秀 （CPA，ACCA，CFA，CMA）
Have a professional finance background and knowledge, Top10% grade in school
5.流利的英语读写能力，通过大学英语6级。学习过法语加分
Fluent in English Reading and writing. Passed CET-6. French is a plus.
6.乐观积极，自驱力强，好奇心强；
