职位描述
1、 每日对给排水系统及其附属系统、设备、管道进行定时、定点，例行巡查工作，并做好原始巡查记录，保证不漏查、不虚查等；
2、 不折不扣地执行上级指示，按照计划所辖范围内的设备做好保养、维修工作；
3、 严格遵守管理中心制定的一切规章制度，发现不良现象要及时纠正；
4、 做好各种原始记录，保管好相关档案资料，有问题及时报告；
5、 接到维修投诉单，快速反应，解决问题迅速有效，完成维修任务后，及时做好信息反馈；
6、 及时做好管理中心批准对业主、客户提供的有偿服务，完成并及时反馈信息；
7、 出现突发情况及时报告领班或领班以上负责人，同时按照预定的程序处理， 在保证不危及人身安全的前提下，尽量减少损失。
8、 完成上级交办的其他各项目工作。
