职位描述

核算会计结算会计物业管理
岗位职责:出纳工作占70%、会计工作占30%
1、负责公司日常网银资金收付操作,确保交易合规、准确、及时。
2、妥善保管网银 U 盾、支付密码等支付介质,建立保管台账,严格执行授权审批流程,防范资金风险。
3、按照国家财经法规及公司财务制度,准确编制银收、银付记账凭证,及时整理原始单据(发票、收据、银行回单等),确保凭证要素完整、附件合规。
4、负责银行账户日常管理,包括账户开立、变更、注销;
5、协助完成发票开具,配合财务主管完成账务核对、审计资料提供等事宜。
6、完成领导交办其他任务。
任职要求:
1、男女不限、30周岁以下
2、全本及以上学历,财务会计类相关专业,具有财会相关证书;
3、具有2年及以上财会工作经验,具有物业商业管理财务工作经验者优先考虑;
4、熟练操作办公及用友财务软件;
5、具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力及团队协作能力。
