职位描述
2、车辆指挥与停车服务：主动为客户引导车辆、指挥泊车，确保停车场通道畅通、停放有序。客户下车时提供开门护顶服务，雨天或烈日下主动为客户撑伞，并协助搬运重物。
3、秩序维护与安全保障：定时巡查售楼处外围、停车场、样板房周边等公共区域，检查设施是否完好，排查安全隐患（如地面湿滑、物品损坏等）。熟悉基本消防器材的使用，并能妥善应对车辆刮擦、客户纠纷等突发事件。
4、客户关怀与便民服务：主动为客户提供方位指引和问询解答，及时通过对讲机通知客服人员准备接待。同时提供便民服务，如雨伞借用、物品临时寄存、饮用水提供、简易医疗协助等。
1、180cm以上，22-35岁，不经常佩戴眼镜，形象端正、无纹身。
2、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，反应敏捷，退伍军人或有酒店、高端住宅、甲级写字楼经验者优先。
薪资待遇：月薪8000-9000元，另有餐费补贴30元/天、夏季高温补贴、年终奖、过节费。
上班时间：8:00-20:00，每周固定加班一天。
