职位描述
2、 按公司要求着装,保持良好的仪容仪表与站立姿势;
3、 遇见进出大堂之人员须主动、热情地问候,如有需要应及时为其开门提物并送至电梯口;
4、 按照接听电话流程,来电用语“您好!紫竹国际”,转接用语“请稍等”,电话处于占线状态用语“对不起,对方电话占线,请稍后再拨”,并安排留言;
5、 接受客户的各种服务申请,按要求记录并及时联系各相关业务部门/单位上门提供服务,对暂时不能解决的事情,应告知客户,并报告客户服务助理;
6、 熟悉市内常用电话号码,熟悉有关询问的知识,熟悉掌握项目电话的分布状况,掌握项目内的组织结构,熟悉项目主要用户单位及负责人的电话、声音,主动帮助用户查找号码;
7、 协助客户服务助理跟进、处理客户的投诉和特殊服务要求直至客户满意;
8、 完成每日的《租户来电信息记录表》,未完成事宜需在下班前交至客服主管;
9、 了解通告栏的通知更新情况和内容,准确地回答客户地询问,必要时电话通知客户;
10、 负责报纸、信件发放工作,做好挂号信签收工作;
11、熟练操作AIP系统;更新AIP系统内资料(车辆信息、公司名录、报修单、投诉、装修申请等)
