岗位职责:
 一般护理职责General nursing responsibility：
 评估和监测患者状况，制定持续的护理计划
Assess and monitor patient condition, develop ongoing care plan
 检查症状和生命体征并安排诊断检查
Check symptoms and vital signs and schedule diagnostic tests
 静脉输液或不同类型的药物
Give intravenous fluids or different types of drugs
 检查和使用设备，如输液泵、注射泵、监护仪等
Check and use equipment, such as infusion pumps, syringe pumps, monitors, etc.
 与其他专业学科合作，确保有效的患者护理服务并实现预期的效果
Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care services and achieve desired results
 做好应急管理支持或参加院内抢救
Emergency management support or participation in hospital rescue
 进行术前\术后\手术护理
Preoperative/postoperative/surgical care
 健康教育和干预指导
Health education and intervention guidance
 护理病历书写Nursing Notes
 以适当的格式及时简洁、准确、完整地记录所有护理信息
Timely, concise, accurate and complete recording of all care information in an appropriate format

任职资格:
 执业执照：具有中国注册护士执业证书。
Licensing requirement: Qualified in Chinese nurse registration license.
 职称要求：至少护师资格证书
Professional requirement: Senior nurse professional title preferred.
 学历要求：优选学士学位
Educational requirement: preferably bachelor's degree
 临床经验要求：最低3年年护理工作经验。
Clinical experience requirements: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing work experience.
 根据政策完成部门定位和能力评估
