YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Production equipment’s operation and basic maintenance
生产设备的操作和基础维护
2. Ensuring safety production based on production processes
确保按照生产流程安全生产
3. Assists change over, set up parameter of the machine correctly in accordance with the production process
协助换模和设备参数按照生产流程正确设置
4. Complete In-process control; take samples of intermediate products and finished products
完成中控测试；进行中间产品和成品的取样
5. Complete cleaning, quality control, and equipment maintenance records in the production process
完成生产过程的清洁、质量控制和设备维护记录
6. Ensure to do the operation based on the requirement of SOP, GMP etc.
确保按照SOP和GMP法规进行生产操作
7.Escalation if any safety or quality risk/event happen in the workshop
如果生产车间有任何安全或者质量风险、事件发生，立即汇报
8. As the key member of PSS to help design the standard of AO pillar in L1 level, run on the standard, attend the L1 meeting to solve & continuously improve the
performance with PDCA thinking
作为生产供应系统里面的关键角色，在车间交班会议上帮助制定设备管理支柱的相关标准，按照标准运行。参加车间交班会议，使用PDCA思维来解决和持续提高岗位绩效。
