· Sales in assigned territory · Show our products and services to our existing/potential customers effectively via face-face meeting, phone calls and emails · 80% of time in sales meetings and customer door visiting · Fulfil sales and collection target via a professional way · Sign back and manage the contracts and related documents following to company procedures · Monitoring and reporting competition information, from a general overview for assigned territory · Tracking door management system · Co-op with channel team, plan and implement promotions · Follow up brand/marketing/VM guidelines and provide needed data, report to Regional managers and Channels · Co-op with region and national training team, plan and implement training plans in assigned territory · Periodically review sell-out status with customers · Discuss specific promotion activities with customers · Manage Business Develop Funds (BDF)
· Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus · 3 plus years of sales experience with not less than 2 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus. · Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’. · Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. · Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. · Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail. · Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks. · Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · A positive attitude to dealing with people. · Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.
