Provide effective evidence for quality improvement 岗 位 职 责 Job Responsibilities 1. 缺陷件分析 Defect parts analysis 根据缺陷件分析流程,对所有退回件必须做100%检测分析,并提供分析报告供责任部门改进。 According to defect part analysis procedure, all return parts shall be tested 100% and provide analysis report to related department for improvement. 对于分析到子零件失效的案例,和SQE跟踪子零件的分析进展,汇总到退回件的分析结论中。 For cases where sub-parts are analyzed as failed, track the progress of the sub-part analysis with SQE, and summarize it into the analysis conclusion of the returned part 根据缺陷件失效现象,与责任部门和研发部门一起调查失效机理,确定失效责任。 According to the failure phenomenon of defective parts, investigate failure mechanism together with the responsible department and the R&D department to determine the failure responsibility. 2. 客户支持 Customer support 当客户发生质量问题时,协助客户共同寻找故障原因,排除非UAES产品导致的故障。 When quality issue was happened in customer site, support to find reason with customer together. 3. 分析流程优化 Improve analysis procedure 根据失效件的分析发现,对分析流程的更新和补充。 Update and complement analysis procedure according to new finding during analysis. 4. 检测设备规划 Plan test equipment 根据缺陷件分析检测能力的提高,对检测设备和分析能力进行评估,编制投资和更新检测设备计划。 According to the demand of analysis and test capability for defect parts, assess the capability of test equipment and analysis ability, compile the plan of invest new or update equipment 5. 培训 Training 根据分析流程和产品检测标准,对技术员进行分析能力和检测方法的培训和指导 According to the analysis procedure and product standard, training and coach technician about analysis ability and test method 任职资格: 学 历 Education 机械电子类专业,本科以上学历 Major in mechanical and electronic engineering, bachelor degree or above 工作经验 Work Experience 3年以上机电产品失效分析或测试经验 More than 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical product failure analysis or testing 特殊知识或技能 Special Knowledge or Skills 熟悉汽车工作原理 Knowledge the work principle of vehicle 了解电子控制器、驱动电机、变速箱至少一种产品 Learn about at least one product of electronic controllers, e-motor, gearbox 有客户服务意识 Sense of customer service 沟通能力和动手能力强 Good communication skills, hands-on skills
