硬件工程师（考虑24届应届生）

岗位职责：
1、负责选型产品的验证工作；
2、评估选型产品性能是否符合要求；
3、评估选型产品与其他产品的兼容性；
4、提供产品测试指导；
5、 解读相关测试标准。
岗位要求：
1、电气、电子、电机、服务器或控制专业本科及以上学历；
2、1年以上产品选型领域专业经验，如dv/dt滤波器、制动电阻、输出电抗器等应用或选型经验，考虑24届应届生（有半年以上工作经验）；
3、 英语口语和书写流利（大学英语四级及以上）；
4、具备认证、标准相关知识者优先，如IEC标准。
responsibilities:
• Responsible for option product selection verification task
• Evaluate whether the performance of option products meets requirements
• Evaluate the compatibility of option products with other products
• Provide guidance on product testing
• Interpret relevant test standards
qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, electronic, motor, server or control field
• More than 3 years professional experience in product options area, e.g. dv/dt filter, brake resistance, output choke, etc. applications or type selection.
• Fluently in oral and written English (CET 4 or above)
• Certification, Standard relation knowledge, such as IEC Standard is a plus
