职位描述
• 与专业工程师、施工和项目经理、专家和其他适用的项目人员一起协助开发计划/进度系统，准备和管理整体项目计划和进度表，整合项目进度表。
• 协助与客户和内部项目团队成员、供应商和分包商进行总体进度协调。
• 协助开发、状态和呈现计划/进度报告，
• 协助审查实际进度，与基线进行比较并根据进度报告进度，分析和报告生产力和趋势，预测拟议变更对进度的影响。
• 根据计划/项目中的调度活动，协助开发人力/工时预测。
• 协助准备提案时间表（如果需要）
• 协助制定工程基线计划
• 协助制定施工时间表并按照约定的频率进行更新（例如每两周一次、每月一次）
• 参与施工进度联合走查/走查和安排/进度会议。
• 协助制定/更新调试计划和状态
• 协助准备所有会议的进展报告
• 与 PM 和成本控制部门联络，协助监控原始基线的人力实际成本/预测。
• 协助检查并确保所有计划都已建成，并为所有项目关闭，协助归档所有计划数据。
