质量工程师（上海）

Main Duties:
Enforce the Company Safety and Quality Policy on site during QAQC and pay due diligence to all safety and quality aspects at all other times.
To provide Quality Services in accordance with Owner Specifications and / or local regulations and man-agement of the Quality Program to ensure Comprehensive Quality of Execution for Customer’s Satisfaction.
Implement and comply with Project Quality Plan and other project procedures.
Review and follow up of the sub-contractors’ Project Quality Plan and relevant Quality Documentation and ensure their proper execution.
Issues and tracking of NCRs properly closure on a daily basis.
Perform QOMBWA (Quality Observation Management By Walk Around) on daily basis.
Supports/ coordinates Mock-ups/Samples.
Escalation path for M+W GROUP Relevant CM.
Attend mutual quality Walks with partners (Sub-contractors, suppliers, Jianli, third party, Owner), perform inspection as required.
Performs the audits to validate and confirm suppliers/sub-contractors quality activities.
Performs Quality Training for project partners including Subcontractors
Coordinate or conduct equipment/material, construction activities inspection.
Carry out Off-Site Prefabrication Audits (Source Inspection) as scheduled.
Prepare or assist the project to prepare the handover documents as required.
Attend to other relevant project/corporate matters as assigned
Requirements:
Around 6+ years’ relevant experience in design and construction on CSA/MEP/Electrical system with good emphasis on quality related works,
5 years of working experience in engineering & construction company
Engineering education background
Good communication skills
Possess a positive & customer focused attitude and able to work under pressure.
Proven skills and ability to effectively coordinate work assignment at all level within the company and with outside services and organizations
Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes
Microsoft Office
Good understanding of engineering construction and installation works
Familiar with ISO 9000 standards and other international codes, local industrial and authority requirements
Possess internal or external auditor experience is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
