职位描述
1)本科或研究生机械设计专业；
2)3年以上的发动机行业，结构设计相关工作经验；
3)熟悉三維建模和二维制图软件；
4)积极进取、沟通能力强、具有团队精神。
工作内容:
1)工作组件或系统设计业主负责提供正确的设计方案，以满足客户和项目需求，包括收集和了解客户的需求转移到特定的技术概要文件，创建三维模型利二维图纸，带领跨职能设计审查和DQR;
2)创建DFMEA并领导评审会议，识别风险并制定预防措施计划；
3)与CAE工程师协作，提交并跟踪分析任务；与PV领导者合作，制定并跟踪组件级的DVP;编写、提交EJR并跟踪相关组件的发布过程；支持新部件原型的采购；
4)与设计负责人和PV负责人合作，制定并更新组件设计、验证和发布计划；
5)牵头解决拥有设计的组件的FIRG问题。
