POSITION SUMMARY:
(职务概述）:

To Develop and design new products according to customer requirements in automotive industry, evaluate and formulate process parameters, standards and specifications of each process, provide product technical support to production department, product line manager and sales team.
根据汽车行业客户要求开发设计新产品，对于各工序的工艺参数、标准、规范进行评估制定，提供产品技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Make principle design and development schedule, and complete principle design related work on time; collect, track and confirm the current and signal information for all connectors. According to the function configuration of the vehicle and the 3D design of wiring harness, To distribute the design of vehicle power system and signal system
制定原理设计开发时间表，并按时完成原理设计相关工作；对所有用连接器电流，信号信息收集，跟踪，确认。根据整车功能配置与线束3D设计分配进行整车电源系统及信号系统分配设计
2. Design review in each phase; create 2D drawings and 3D drawing. proofreading work; According to different phase of the project, actively carried out the verification of wiring design, and was responsible for problem solving of trial assembly verification
3. 各阶段设计评审;创建2D图纸和3D图纸。校对工作;根据项目的不同阶段，积极进行接线设计验证，并负责试装测试验证问题的解决.

4. Independently analyze and design FMEA, CP, SPC, WI and other requirements according to new project data; Evaluate and formulate the process parameters, standards and specifications of each process, and audit the product PPAP process
根据新项目资料独立分析及设计相应的DFMEA、CP、SPC、WI等需求；对于各工序的工艺参数、标准、规范进行评估制定，应对产品PPAP过程审核

5. Solid ability of transforming process drawing, process card, assembly line layout planning, proficient in process design, material BOM transformation, outstanding ability of field process guidance, rich experience in line sampling production, quality control ability
产品图转化工艺图能力扎实，有工艺卡，流水线布置规划能力，精通工艺设计，物料BOM转化，现场工艺指导能力突出，样线制作经验丰富，有品质把关能力。
